I took my vehicle in for the first service, and even though there was some confusion around when to service a vehicle the service manager kept his cool and worked with me. The vehicles history in Bluel though there was some confusion around when to service a vehicle the service manager kept his cool and worked with me. The vehicles history in Bluelink said it was time for an oil change, however, they kept saying Hyundai won't pay for one until 7k or 8k miles. After I understood why, and shame on Hyundai for designing it that way, I ended up paying for it out of my pocket. Service manager was kind enough to offer a coupon of a small discount to assist me. Bought used car. Drove 300 miles and had to replace throttle body. I believe dealership knew car had a problem but did not attempt to fix. Dealership ask me to send a bill for my expense to replace part. I sent bill and never heard from anyone again. I don't expect to hear from them. Very disappointed in the after sale service I have received ,which is none. I live 200 miles from dealership and I guess they won't have to see me again. Beware. More
