Had my car at the dealership for a recall notice repair. Got in and out prior to the estimated time which was excellent. Jerry kept me informed during the time the work was being completed. I mentioned to him I was having a problem syncing my new phone to the car and he was able to get someone who was able to help me. We also talked about my trunk which he thought needed an adjustment. That adjustment did not occur. I forgot about it until unfortunately having left the dealership. I think Jerry forgot too. I highly recommend Jerry since he truly wants to help you keep your car operating efficiently. More

I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. It does not matter the buying experience, they do not honor agreements about vehicle service. I took my vehicle in for the first service, and even though there was some confusion around when to service a vehicle the service manager kept his cool and worked with me. The vehicles history in Bluel though there was some confusion around when to service a vehicle the service manager kept his cool and worked with me. The vehicles history in Bluelink said it was time for an oil change, however, they kept saying Hyundai won't pay for one until 7k or 8k miles. After I understood why, and shame on Hyundai for designing it that way, I ended up paying for it out of my pocket. Service manager was kind enough to offer a coupon of a small discount to assist me.
