I recently purchased a 2022 used vehicle from Fred Anderson Kia, the transaction was done out of state and the lack of honesty and service is very concerning, buyers be ware. Red Flag 1. I called Anderson Kia, the transaction was done out of state and the lack of honesty and service is very concerning, buyers be ware. Red Flag 1. I called regarding the vehicle, confirmed with Dominic Scruggs that the agreed price was the final price + taxes + Registration. I was given his word however when the deal showed up in the inbox it included dealer fees. I discussed this further with the sales person Sami and was given the run around and Dominic refused to get back on the phone to discuss. Yet I continued with the purchase. Red Flag 2. As a concerned buyer I asked for assurance that the vehicle was as represented given I was buying sight unseen. I requested a guarantee that there was nothing undisclosed. I asked for this in writing to have assurance my deposit would be refunded if the truck was not as promised when being picked up. While I finally received this it was like pulling teeth to make it happen. Red Flag 3. The truck was purchased for my son as gift, I flew him to NC to pick the truck up and drive it home. While I warned him to carefully inspect the vehicle, his new car enthusiasm got the better of him and he drove off with an active warning light on. He went a few miles down the road realizing the tire was low put air in and continued home. Red Flag 4. The tire continued to leak, so we took it to a nearby tire shop, whom stated the tire was damaged and someone tried to repair a hole which could not be repaired. We then reached out to our sales person regarding the matter and was assured he would contact us back with resolutions. After numerous texts emails and calls we received no response. I then called asking to speak with Dominic the manager, but was transferred to Joseph Davis - Sale Manager. Joseph asked for a copy of the receipt which I sent over to him optimistically I thought the dealer was going to do what was right. Unfortunately the result was the same, I followed up with numerous emails only to be ghosted yet again. This dealer tells you what you want to hear and does not stand behind there word. More

My husband and I just purchased a 2023 Kia Sorento from Fred Anderson Kia. We had a wonderful car buying experience and I would highly recommend them. Jermaine was very patient and answered many questions Fred Anderson Kia. We had a wonderful car buying experience and I would highly recommend them. Jermaine was very patient and answered many questions for us, in person, as well as phone and email. He explained the different trim levels to help us make our decision, and once purchased, he helped me set everything up. He went through all the features and showed me how to use them. Art and DC in finance were great to work with as well. As far as the Sorento, we are extremely happy with this purchase. The S trim is loaded with features, drives well and has everything we were looking for in a car and more!! We are proud to be a part of the Fred Anderson Kia family and recommend this dealership and Jermaine, Art and DC to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
While the salespeople on the floor may be genuine, the sales managers will try to cheat you out of your money by lying directly to your face. When your reply with facts easily researched on KBB.COM (the sales managers will try to cheat you out of your money by lying directly to your face. When your reply with facts easily researched on KBB.COM (the site they use for valuing an automobile), I was told I didn't have to be rude. What is rude about wanting a FAIR deal with a purchase and/or trade-in? If you have money that you need to get rid of and refuse to support worthy charities, feel free to throw it away at this dealership. If you value YOUR HARD EARNED SALARY.....go to a different dealership. You might get your money's worth somewhere else, but you most definitely will not at this dealership. More

My wife and I found a used 2021 x6 M with 14k miles and test drove it one night. Bought the car for her and about 10 days later my wife noticed a loud ticking sound in the front end when it was turned sha test drove it one night. Bought the car for her and about 10 days later my wife noticed a loud ticking sound in the front end when it was turned sharply to the right. Couple days later I checked it out and also noticed the front tire were badly worn on the outside edges of the treads. So much so it wasn't noticeable outright because the wear made it look like an extension of the sidewall and we had test drove it at night. I called the dealership and asked for the sales person Ty who sold us the car. NO reply after a week. We decided to send a text and about a week later that he finally called. We explained and he said Kia would do something for us but he would have to get back to us. Another week after not hearing anything and we called in again. Not available again. Another week passed and we got thru to Ty who told us the same thing. They would do something for us he just didn't know what. Not able to tell us why he hadn't already found out. Another week passed and I called Kia to talk with the manager. They put me on with a new sales manager Joe Davis who told me his service dept would never send out a car with bad tires or out of alignment and said two tires would cost about 700 ea. and they wouldn't align the car or put new tire on it. I offered to bring the car in for him to see for himself and he wasn't interested in that. So ultimately he was calling me a liar without even seeing the car, which I didn't appreciate. I then emailed him pics and checked on the tire cost retail($300 ea). I was only looking for fronts. At first I was really disappointed in the lack of addressing the issue in a timely manner by Ty. That turned to frustration and ended up turning to anger for being called a liar and they weren't even interested in seeing the car. Its not about the money, it was a matter of principal. We paid 88k for the car with 14k miles, didn't dicker over he price and after about 10 - 14 days brought the concern to their attention. I asked to speak with the general manager also but no response. Well its been about 2 months now and crickets. Buyer beware! More
