After test driving one model, CJ & team recommended a different, clearanced car to me, which quickly became the dealership's first priority to market and sell to me. I did buy this second car because of the discount offered, and the team worked quickly to answer my questions and meet my requirements. In retrospect, I feel that I was pressured via assumption in some moments; sales team members sometimes phrased questions and next steps as though I had already made up my mind when I could have used time to drive other vehicles. Once I did commit to buying, I had to wait alone at a desk for about 2 hours (total, not continuous) for unseen reasons - I assume paperwork or backroom discussions. I was irked when the gentleman detailing financing options (Chris) told me that baseline warranty did not include "bumper to bumper" work when those exact words were promised by Anthony a few minutes ago, though this was not a large issue for me. That being said, my experience was overall positive with this dealership and team. I recommend their infectious positivity and eagerness to help, and I'm happy with my new Kia. More
