Don, Kevin and Justin were absolutely awesome to work with. They truly went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. There are a few features my 2017 Kia Niro Touring had that my 2020 Kia Niro with. They truly went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. There are a few features my 2017 Kia Niro Touring had that my 2020 Kia Niro Premium does not (which I miss daily!!!). But there are also features that my new Kia has that are pretty sweet! The icing on the cake would have been Driver's seat memory!!! I really miss that!!! But I am pleased with my new Kia and really pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Don, Kevin and Justin. I was impressed with the quality of Kia's cars, and we chose a Kia Niro email, and text, and worked with us to get the right car at the right price.
