Initially I chatted online with a Fred Anderson Kia representive to obtain specific information about my purchasing options. My questions had to be referred to a sales person. Tim responded via email and answered all my questions. I explained that I would be ready to purchase a car in a couple of weeks and requested not to be contacted until that time. I took the "don't call me, I'll call you" approach. Tim honored my request and when I contacted him to get started on the process, he promptly responded to my emails, and within a couple of days, worked out a deal which included sticking to the price I was initially quoted, and getting a good price for the car I needed to trade. Tim made my purchase virtually stress free and best of all, the total process from start to finish over a three or four day period only took about 3.5 hours!! Tim was even a babysitter for my grandson during the final closing process! My grandson had such a good experience that he asked if we could go back to visit the "car man."
