First, our sales person was Blake and I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He treated me and my son & daughter-in-law not only with respect but also openly friendly. He made us feel he cared abou about his professionalism. He treated me and my son & daughter-in-law not only with respect but also openly friendly. He made us feel he cared about us as individuals and made our visit fun. He was thorough and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in which we bought. Bottom line, Blake was genuine in his relating to us. Second, I am impressed with Kia as a manufacturing company with the quality of their products. I did a lot of online research for the vehicles I considered buying. Safety features are my number one concern and I am very pleased. As far as the dealership I was very pleased.
