The facility is clean, they service writers are attentive and courteous and the technicians did a great job of going over my service before I paid. More

At KIA of Greenville, SC, I know they will take good care of my car and respect my time by giving me a shuttle ride to work. Jordan Dubay had me checked in and on my way to work in 10 to 15 minutes. Chris Kirby managed to be professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, all at the same time. But most of all, he was very efficient. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions, but he also streamlined the paperwork and other processes, as much as possible. Dave Boggs in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with, and is equally knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough, and I'm very happy with my Soul. I drive very conservatively (had a lot of practice, as a former hybrid owner), and I got 34 mpg on my home, on city streets, across town. If you're looking for a Kia, I highly recommend Kia of Greenville, and Chris Kirby! More
