Jordan is great! I was greeted immediately, he confirmed the purpose of my visit, outlined a service bulletin that Kia would perform , then set the right expectation I was greeted immediately, he confirmed the purpose of my visit, outlined a service bulletin that Kia would perform , then set the right expectation of how long it would be. While I was waiting he gave me an update on the service status , and offered to have my car washed. It was a 10/10 I will continue to have my cars serviced here. The facility is clean, they service writers are attentive and courteous and the technicians did a great job of going over my service before I paid. More
