Jordan mete when I entered. He 2as courteous and efficient, having checked in on a matter of minutes. He escorted me to the customer waiting area and said he thought my service would take about an hour. He returned after about 45 minutes and told me my car would be ready right on time. He escorted me to my car, which was parked and waiting. Have me the paperwork and told me hurry back and have a good day. The overall experience was very good. I am pleased with Kia of Greenville and their service department. I'll be back. More
