I will never do business with Kia again especially this one!! I have a 2011 Kia optima and took it in for recall work and they couldn't do the test required for the recall because of something else that wa one!! I have a 2011 Kia optima and took it in for recall work and they couldn't do the test required for the recall because of something else that was wrong with the car, and what they are saying is wrong with the car could have been from the recall but they would not tear down into it without me paying extra. On top of that I had to pay a diagnostic fee of $147 and they couldn't even tell me what exactly is wrong with the car. "They said I probably have a cracked block but they also said that there was no coolant in the oil" and there is no oil leaking from the car so therefor its not a cracked block! I will never deal with this place again and if I were you I would look somewhere else. More

The online manager is a jerk! I was a former employee and he always made me feel dumb and belittled , always made comments about how I didn’t know how to do anything. He was the biggest jerk I’ve ever met an he always made me feel dumb and belittled , always made comments about how I didn’t know how to do anything. All the sales people talk crap about people and the ones with low credit they make fun of , I know because I was in the room when it happened. The only good part about the job was the facility was nice but that’s it. Dennis is the GM and he didn’t make me feel welcome when I got hired and didn’t even introduce himself when I joined.
