We purchased our very first brand new 2023 Telluride from here in 2023 and after purchasing the very next week I brought my daughter here and she to purchased a brand new Seltos. When purchasing we were told here in 2023 and after purchasing the very next week I brought my daughter here and she to purchased a brand new Seltos. When purchasing we were told about this family plan where we received free oil changes as long as we owned the vehicle. Fast forward when going to get a oil change we were charged and told some bogus story anyways that was the last time we went there. My daughter did go back and got a Sportage after her Seltos was totaled and she experienced the same thing we experienced so since then we were in the market for another vehicle so we tried Burlington Kia. They are our go to now. Though when we purchased our Kia our salesperson Tasha who is no longer there and the finance department was excellent their service department and promises the make aren't upheld. Everything was exactly as we were told. The folks here are all outstanding. Joseph told me it would take about 1hr 45 min and that was about exactly what it was. I drive from Fayetteville The folks here are all outstanding. Joseph told me it would take about 1hr 45 min and that was about exactly what it was. I drive from Fayetteville and have to stay so it was great to know how long the service would take. They did the regular maintenance and were able to do the state inspection as well, which saved me from another trip to somewhere just for that. More
