It seems that once the papers are signed and the car is purchased the lack of communication with the customer goes out the window. There was a nail in it and with the warranty I thought I had it would be covered. I just found out that this was not the case the road side hazard was not approve and I would now have to come out of pocket for the tire. When I asked why I was never informed of this the answer was the person that was handling my financing for the car was no longer with the company. How convenient for them. Very poor customer relations if you ask me More
