WORST! WORST! WORST! An absolute WORST Dealership and service department EVER! I honestly do not have time nor so much energy to write so much negative about this dealers An absolute WORST Dealership and service department EVER! I honestly do not have time nor so much energy to write so much negative about this dealership, but I will do my best. I have been bringing my 4500 Ram trucks to this dealership for over a year and maintaining trucks, service department is absolutely clueless and their manager is even worse. My truck was under warranty and this dealership was repairing my truck for 4 months! I had my case with their RCA department and every single agency was involved, yet their service department was looking for any type of clue or reason to get rid of the truck from their shop. After so many months they found some odd reason and dismissed my truck from their shop, because they could not repair it! Then they pinned a (Under warranty Fuel pump on me) Without authorizing the work order they replaced the pump and then told me I had to pay for the pump repair or they would not give me the truck! Lost my inner engine cover and refused to replace!!! (August 12th (In service date) Out December 13th! More

Watch your sales tax!!! They overcharged me on sales tax. Paperwork showed full amount, less my trade value, but result was same amount, no subrtraction, so were overcharging They overcharged me on sales tax. Said it was a mistake, but I had so many other issues with these guys I figure this is just another trick they do on every transaction. If you bother to deal with this guys, check all the math closely on your bill of sale! More
