WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! They contacted me about purchasing a vehicle I had listed privately. I made it VERY CLEAR that if they were not near my asking price, please do not waste my time. I even gave them my lowest price and they said they were still very interested. I took the time out of my BUSY schedule for them to give me a price $4K lower than price I was willing to take. NOTHING BUT LIARS AND CHEATS THEY ARE. Wasted 2 hours of my time for the BS I knew they would give me. Don't even believe anything they tell you. Tim Snyder was the one who kept emailing and insuring the deal would be good. We will NEVER buy anything from them. Actually 3rd time in their dealership over that last 20 years and all times - LOW BALL, BAD DEALS!!! Take your business elsewhere. They are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We found our used 2018 F150 truck on line at Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown to tow our new (to us) enough for helping our retirement dream come true. We found our used 2018 F150 truck on line at Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown to tow our new (to us) Retirement Hotel on Wheels. That's not the best thing that happened at Fred Beans Ford. We bought the truck, took it home and found rust issues under the truck. Took it back and Fred Beans, The Owner, Brian the Maintenance Manager and our salesman Dylan Collie made everything good -- actually almost better than new! We love our new truck! We know Fred Beans deals with customers who spend 6 digits on vehicles and we spent less than $50,000 and we were treated like we were buying the company. Fred Beans is a "hands on" owner and all of his employees that dealt with us were the most professional, heart-felt people we have ever dealt with. Even Jeff Bronstein the Business Manager got us the very best possible deal to finance the remainder of our purchase price at the very best rate. We live in New Jersey, about 1 1/2 hours away and because of the professional way Fred Beans dealt with us, we intend to come to Doylestown to have our truck serviced and ... if we should need a new vehicle ... buy from Fred Beans. We had financing secured but were working thru another vendor. I left for the day asking if a deposit was necessary to hold the truck - I was told NO. That evening I texted the sales person, telling them I would take the vehicle with the approved financing. Received a call from them saying it was SOLD - BUT they have a more expensive model I can have! Sales person gave their word, assured me it would be here. The almighty dollar and instant sale was more important than a customer. Disgusting business practice with cowardice tactics. stay away... Money First - Customer Last More
Would not recommend using their website. I found a car that I wanted on Carguru and the comparison said the deal was too good to be true. I went to the dealers website and the same price was listed. I contacted them at 7:45 PM on a Thursday night and the guy said everything I have says that’s the correct price. I explained that I would be driving three hours and if he could guarantee that was the correct price I wanted the car and would be there first thing in the morning. He couldn’t guarantee the price and said his manager was gone but that he would leave a message with her. I started down at 8AM. I got an email a little after 9 advising the car was sold and a list of other cars that were available (all more expensive). When I replied to the email saying how disappointing it was and that I would not be doing business with them, the manager replied “We cannot help that people are more available than others are are willing to make the trip right then and there”. (Copied and pasted directly from email). The salesman couldn’t guarantee a price, but somehow it was my fault. I waited almost a week to write this review because I thought maybe I was overreacting, but everyone I spoke to thought the whole thing was as shady as I did. The manager also advised the didn’t hold vehicles or take deposits, but then advised via email that if I found a car I was interested in they “may” be able to hold it. The whole things seems like a scam to get you to their dealership. More
They have a new GT500 with a $64,000 mark up. That means 64k over the sticker price.
