Completely messed up dealer This is the most screwed up sales department I have seen in my life. I have requested pricing from their website where it has the little button “ get This is the most screwed up sales department I have seen in my life. I have requested pricing from their website where it has the little button “ get price now.” I have hit that so many times and never had anyone get me the price. I scheduled a test drive on a truck, showed up and nobody seem to care. It was on a Saturday and several sales people were just standing around talking to each other. I walked around the trucks, and eventually left. I tried again the next week after getting a text from supposedly a sales manager. I texted him back that I was coming in in 30 minutes to test drive a truck. Never heard back from them, got their and same things, salesman standing around, no care in the world. I sent numerous requests for a price to order a new truck and gave full specifics on what i wanted. To this day, no answer. I bought a truck from another dealer and by the way, it is a Ram. These guys are horrible. More

I didn't make a decision that night. no pressure from Mike. then I had some health issues. couldn't get back to see the car again for like three weeks. all that time keeping in touch with Michael. again. no pressure. when the time to buy was happening. Mike was very helpful in getting me through the whole process. I'm from NJ. they are in PA. so it was a bit complicated. Michael made it easy. very polite and well mannered I wound up with the car I wanted and had been looking for, for months. plus I got a great price too!! I highly recommend Fred Beans Ford! ask for Michael Cudzil!! More

Horrible service and manager disrespects women This place is horrible. The last 5 times I went there I had issues. It's unreal they are in business. I had to go back multiple times and was issue 2 free oil changes as compensation for my hours lost. and inconveinces. NEVER again. in fact, soured me about fred beans over all. they let me drive the truck off the lot with $2500, in work i had to put out within 8 weeks. rotted tires, rotted rear shocks, CD player did not work, worn front brake pads, original, worn plugs(115,000 miles), spare tire did not come off mount, worn belt and some other, smaller issues. when notifed, fred beans completely dismissed me. if you don't know much about cars, don't trust beans to get you off the lot with the best and safest deals. very, very disappointed More
