Beat dealership I've had the pleasure of visiting I walked into bill marsh ford expecting the normal dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the get go I received great customer service and I walked into bill marsh ford expecting the normal dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the get go I received great customer service and I was treated like an old friend coming back. The dealers, Patrick in particular, were honest, friendly, upfront, and overall great. I'm young guy so when I visit a car dealership I'm usually not taken very seriously, but the fact that I was able to come in , sit down, and discuss a purchase was refreshing. The process was nowhere near simple due to problems on my end, however they were comitted to making it work and helping me walk out with what I wanted. But it wasn't all about the purchase that impressed me. They brought me a cup of coffee while I was on the phone, they treated all their customers like friends and family, and they showed me around and made sure I could have anything I could ever want or need. I'm hoping for many years to come that I will not have to purchase another vehicle, but if I do I would make the trip back to do business here again. That should say sonething. More

ripped off. Bought a used vehicle from them. The engine had to be replaced within 90 days due to a massive sudden oil leak. In addition it had issues with multi Bought a used vehicle from them. Vehicle is still not driveable after 6 months. Dealership refused to accept any responsibilit. Buyer beware. They sell lemons to anyone stupid enough to purchase from these crooks. More

Pleasantly Surprised and Extremely Satisfied Needed to find a quality used car for our daughter that met a shopping list of important features and financial limits in a hurry. Discovered the car of my choice on the internet @ Bill Marsh Ford of Newtown, PA. My wife called the dealership and made an appointment with David Pierson, sales consultant, who had the car, the keys, and the pertinent documentation ready for me when I arrived. We met the Used Car Sales Manager, Steve Spolar, who permitted my wife and I to take the car out for a test ride back to our home in case we decided that we wanted the car and needed to drive the trade-in car back. We returned with the car and our trade-in in hopes of making the deal. Took all of a half-hour after our arrival to reach an agreement of sale. We sealed the deal, and I signed the necessary paperwork with the business manager, Bill Burns. All was done by evening. Everyone there was congenial and professional with only one purpose in mind- to provide us with the pertinent information, show us the car, let us test drive the car, and hopefully, come to a decisive, happy ending for them and for us. A truly positive, satisfying experience. More
