The customer service was great because when you stepped into the place someone was there to help you find a salesman. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. Our overall expierence was as good as can be because they knew what they were talking about and they got down to the point without telling us the same stuff we didn't want to hear! And best of all...they didn't force us into anything. All the decisions we made, were made by us, not by them. The price was not extremely high but it wasnt low either. Overall, the price was something that we could settle with. We would deffinitly recommend going to James Toyota Scion in Flemington, NJ. I hate car dealers - Always have, always will. Fortunately enough, when the need came to get a new car, I found these guys at James Toyota.
