Fred Beans entered the automotive industry in 1959 with the purchase of a service station in Yardley, Pennsylvania. He was 21 and needed his mother to cosign the loan. From that service station, Fred rented and leased vehicles - his introduction into automotive sales and a precursor of his future success. He ventured into dealerships with a handshake in 1972 that made him a 25% partner in Bill Marsh Ford in Newtown. Today, that same dealership is one of 30 bearing his name. The growth of the Fred Beans Automotive Group has also meant diversifying our operations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets. Our Toyota dealership, located in Flemington, NJ, is proud to offer drivers with new Toyota models, used vehicles, and reliable service. We have repeatedly won the Toyota President's Award and have been awarded the Toyota Sales and Service Excellence Award. We serve drivers from all around, from New Hope to Hillsborough, Bridgewater to Somerville, and beyond.

On Saturday, July 28th you stopped into the dealership to express unhappiness in your transaction to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manger immediately talked to the owner, James and explained the situation. Your accounting of what happened is correct. I, James, was apologetic since I believe in not defending a weak position, expecially for a repeat customer, the foundation of any business. I offered whatever explanation I could at that time. Knowing Mrs. Golan was not happy when she left, I intended to research to provide an explanation for all her concerns. The odometer reading was human error on the part of the sales person, who was disciplined. The above average mileage was due to the fact the vehicle was swapped in from another dealership. A refund was immediately completed on Saturday, but we acknowledge it should have been done sooner. You should not have had to return to the dealership. This was also discussed with the Sales Person. A duplicate order was required in order to remove an unwanted option, at your request. The order with the lower price was identicle to the finance contract that was provided. We are certainly happy to correct any blemishes on the vehicle. You were offered to communicate directly with me or Laura for any issues. We apologize again for the clerical and processing errors.

As per your review, Mr. James called you personally without prompting.He apologized for misunderstanding and explained that all of our pre-owned vehicles are computer priced. Our price is the lowest price within 100 mile radius for an identical certifed vehicle, and that our vehicle represents the best value.
