What a pleasant experience. I primarily worked with Angel G, who was mentoring a new sales rep, Jason. I really enjoyed Angel's straightforward and low key style. I would say I got a good price; I had been kicking tires for a couple of weeks, but have to say that Angel's approach was the winning reason for my purchase. I also had a follow-up visit with Kenn O'Neill, whose assistance only contributed to the positive experience. Overall I had an excellent used car buying experience; everyone was courteous and helpful (a rarity compared to my past buying encounters). Agel was very good to work with. He had the car ready for us to test drive and did not pressure us to make a deal without giving us ample time to think it over. The transaction was very smooth. I came in to the dealership after I talked prices with their business engagement manager over the phone. I was very resistant to the bluetooth option, but accepted it in the end (love that feature now! :) ). I wish the dealership would hurry up and fix the road in their extended lot. The sales person, Howard Mac was excellent - he made sure all of our questions were answered. The finance guy, Paul Solomon, was also very good - I did not want to get the extended warranty, but there was a money-back guarantee (if I did not utilize the extended warranty) which he highlighted to me - so I ended up getting that as well. The folks there are rather friendly - they have a kids area and also free soda and popcorn. More

I have never had a Toyota before and I am excited to see how the car holds up. As far as customer service is concerned however, James Toyota exceeded my expectations. More

I dreaded having to purchase a new car. I am not a price-haggler & I don't like feeling like I am going to get the run-around or the hard-sell for extras. I did all my research on the vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted (Toyota RAV-4) & how much I wanted to spend. I used my insurance company's car-buying serivce & ended up choosing James Toyota (based on the price they were offering & the other positive reviews I read online) even though it is almost 30 miles from my home. Jeremiah Hupka was my salesperson & I could not have asked for a better experience overall! He was great about getting back to me by e-mail & phone and patiently answered all my questions/concerns. When I met him in person I was impressed by his professional attitude and his knowledge of the vehicle. He was the exact opposite of pushy and was not condescending in any way. He even followed up with me after I got the car. I was completely satisfieed with everything and loved the car. Unfortunately, 6 weeks after I got the vehicle I was rear-ended by someone @ a stop light...$8,000 worth of damage to my new car! I was devastated. The insurance company did not total it & I had it repaired by their recommended body shop. When I picked up the car almost a month later, I drove it straight to James Toyota and told Jeremiah what happened. He came right outside and went over the body shop's work & told me what they needed to correct (which they did). I was so grateful for Jeremiah's help - he really went above and beyond for me. This has been my most positive car-buying experience overall. I highly recommend James Toyota and specifically, Jeremiah Hupka! More

I was looking for used toyota sequoia for few months, had terrible experience at dealerships in ny/nj, until I went to James. He showed us the different used sequoias available, gave us test drives (an important part- they have a nice route set which gives you good mix of all test drive needs), and answered all our questions. I didn't go into price negotiation much as I knew they already have a reasonable price tag on the vehicle. I bought the suv with all the features I was looking for with a memorable car-buying experience. I would highly recommend James for your car-buying needs. Don't forget to check their service department, nice group of people with Mr Fred doing a great job as a team leader. My after sales service experience was also great. Keep up the good work....... When my truck arrived, I simply in no time drove down there, examined my new vehicle, paid and signed some papers and hit the road again. Jeremiah Hupka was by far the greatest sales person we have EVER dealt with in all our years of buying cars. Once we met him we knew we did not have to go elsewhere to look for cars or prices.
