When I decided to review my remaining car payments and the the value of my current car, it became clear to me that I needed to take some action. Don't get me wrong, I love my Camry. While I didn't buy it at James, I have had it serviced there for the entire time and have been happy with the service I received. My boyfriend made a phone call and we went down about 30 minutes later. Just the thought of going into these places, the smell of tires and floor mats....it's enough to make a girl recoil. However, much to my amazement,it was as painless as it could possibly have been. From beginning to end, I was treated with great care. My salesman, Mike Rufo did a wonderful job. He was professional, knowledgeable and curteous. He answered all my questions and I walked out with the car I wanted at a fair price. EVERYONE we encountered, from the greeting to the delivery of my car was very good at their job. Who knew getting a new car could be so effortless? I went on a Saturday, without actually making an appointment, which I initially thought to be a mistake after seeing how busy they were. However, Mr. Hupka greeted my wife and I promptly, and asked if we could give him a few minutes. He found the vehicle I was looking for, and let us take a test drive while he finished with a customer. By the time we got back, he was ready for us, quoted us an extremely good price, which I was prepared to negotiate, but didn't need to. It was by far the lowest quote we had received on that make and model. We accepted, all paperwork was prepared without delay, and ther deal was done. Good price, fair negotiation, honest representation. That's all I could ask for. Mr Hupka also gaver us a thorough walk-thru of the vehicle, which I found him to be very knowlegeable.
