I recently purchased a new car there for my daughter, I found the car on their showroom floor, and it was exactly what I wanted. The whole transaction was simple, and I got a great deal. I know this company has a good reputation, and I couldn't agree more. Bravo!

"Trust the negative reviews"

Imagine every stereotype about a shady and manipulative car sales process, and you'll have what I experienced at Fred Beans VW. - Once price by email, a higher price when I came in. - Lowball offer on my trade-in (I got $1,000 more at a different dealership the next day) - Several rounds of that awful "let me talk to my manager" back and forth. - Didn't return my key from the trade-in appraisal until I talked to the manager. They had no response when I said I liked the car, but expressed concern about VW's ethical challenges. I left this dealership feeling like I needed a long, hot shower.
