The frederick then did the whole throw down the papers and get all upset. He even said very rudely "who are you, im not talking to you" when my wife came over to see what the problem was. I have NEVER seen a grown man throw a fit like he did. Highly unprofessional and apparently riding the coat tails of his father. My financing was pre-arranged and I wrote him a check for the full amount. I drove away thinking everything was great. Owner emails two days later demanding $280 more or he won't register the car. When I complained I was told "that's too bad". Bottom line is he refused to register the car despite the fact that I paid for it. Craig Frederick is a thief plain and simple. If honesty and integrity mean anything to you, stay away from this business. More

I was mins away from purchasing/settling on a used 2011 Town and Country Min-van else where, that had some of the feautures I desired but lacking the main two. Not only did Mr. Frederick put me in a brand new vehicle, it has all the features I have ever wanted and now I do not have to add them in seperately, which is what I was going to have to do with the used car (like my remote starter and Navigation) but he was able to get me a lower interest rate as well. Last but not least, this has got to be the smoothest riding Mini-van I have ever ridden it, My entire family loves it, I love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!!! Mr. Frederick doesnt know this yet, but my husband was so impressed, he is thinking about calling him about the new SRT8 (think I have that correct). More

Craig Frederick (son of owner) is a real jerk. I felt so bad for the Salesperson...All I ever heard was Craig yelling at the Salesman.
