Can't say enough about Freds Executive! They made this single mother who has only bought one other car in her life very comfortable through the entire process. I had a ton of questions, but everyone at Fred's answered my (probably dumb) questions with kindness and patience. Ksim made lots of promises (which made me nervous at first), but he delivered on ALL of them. Customer service is excellent from Maggie who test drove with me and offered me fruit and water, to Dean who made me comfortable while signing my life away with one-liners he probably says 17 times a day (no, I won't make my check out to you), to Tom who patiently waited for me to get back to him with the information he needed. Not to mention the incredible detail job on the Honda Pilot I passed on to my daughter! I didn't recognize it! I love love love my new Audi Q5 and feel like I'm part of the family at Freds. I'll definitely be back! More

First of all...DO NOT listen to the bad reviews! Come see & feel the environment here at Fred’s for yourself.. then judge. Unfortunately, the world doesn’t work like that! one thing I do know is that Fred’s Executive Auto went above and beyond to help my mom purchase her C43 AMG. She originally got a Toyota Corolla drove off the lot with it came back hours later wanting to switch cars because her heart sat on the AMG. Any other dealership would kick you out the building trying to return the car. Especially buying it AS- IS. But Fred’s executive auto actually had HEART & they listened. They helped us out soooo much that my mom ended up leaving with her dream car C43AMG Mercedes. Thank you guys so much ! I recommend anyone reading this review and I’m for sure coming back to get my dream car ! More

I don't even know where to start, I am so grateful that I stumbled across this place on google. I was able to meet the best sales associate ever: LOGAN! I'm coming on here literally a year later because I just passed the shop and realized, what better way to show my gratitude? And can I talk about the actual shop?? I love the atmosphere there, it's so familial. You can tell everyone in there really cares about each other, and aren't crooks. I would advise everyone to get their cars from here!
