I had been looking for the right car for months. I couldn't seem to find a dealership that met my needs. After searching for months I found Fred's Select Auto. He and Qasim worked with me when nobody else would due to my financial status. (filing for bankruptcy) The process of buying went very smoothly without any stress. I now have the the car of my dreams and I couldn't have gotten it without Fred's Select Auto; where dreams really do come true. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. From the moment my wife and I arrived at Freds Select Auto we felt like we were VIPS. We were examining this beautiful Range Rover when a gentleman greeted us by name. May I say that I felt as if the gentleman was specifically waiting for us. He introduced himself as Brandon and welcomed us to Freds Select Auto. My wife and I then introduced ourselves and then embarked on a wonderful test drive of the Range Rover. I was enamored with the handling of the vehicle. Brandon also demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge of the vehicle. Our next step of our visit was meeting David who handles the financing for the company. I had a call and stepped outside to take it. While on the phone, Brandon came up to me with the biggest smile on his face. You see while I was on the phone the owner Kassim asked my wife why she wanted to purchase a Range Rover. My wife explained to Kassim that I had recently went to a Title Loan Company to borrow money to help a relative who was in a jam. I had the misfortune of not being able to meet the obligation in time and had my 2006 Mercedes Benz R 500 reposessed at 4:30 in the morning. My wife was trying to cheer me up by considering purchasing the Range Rover. Kassim greeted me when I walked up the stairs to the Finance Department and invited me to a very comfortable couch to recline upon. Kassim then offered to assist me in settling my debt with the Title Loan Company and allow me to repurchase my vehicle back and at a good price with a warranty. I was so shocked and surprised because most Car Dealerships would not do such a wonderful act of generosity. Kassim is a man worth his weight in gold multiplied 49 times. If there is an award for going the extra mile, Kassim, Brandon, and David certainly deserve to be the receipants of such a high and well deserved honor. Most businessman would not possess Kassim's insight,compassion, or willingness to help a customer in such a unique and benevolent manner. I would give Freds Auto Select a perfect score of FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!! I will probably buy my son's first car for Freds Auto Select because Kassim is like family and I believe in supporting family. I am proud that our country has people like Kassim, Brandon, and David that go above and beyond to help a Health and Physical Education Teacher and a Rehabilitation Counselor continue in their journey in the vehicle that was once lost and now back where it belongs. This dealership was hands down the best used car dealership that I've EVER conducted business with in the history of my life. My wife and I traveled from PA to purchase one of their cars that was listed on Autotrader.com at a great price. We first called to verify the price (which they honored the internet price), and availability. Once we arrived, we were greeted outside so we asked for Logan, who was the salesperson who we spoke to over the phone. Logan grabbed the keys to an '08 Lexus for a test drive and my wife fell in love with the car. At first, our initial monthly payment was not doable so Qasim (owner) made some adjustments to bring down our monthly payment to our liking. But that's not even the best part of our experience. While we were waiting on the financing, my wife and I were planning on going to get a bit to eat; instead Qasim was gracious enough to offer us a free lunch from his restaurant--which was very good and just added to our appreciation of the great service that we were receiving!!! Everyone within the dealership was very courteous, friendly, and interested in accompanying our needs. Our experience with this dealership really made the 2 1/2 hour trip from PA well worth it as we drove back in our new Lexus! We'll definitely shop here again!! More

I called Freds up to ask about a Pontiac G6 they had for sale. They had it listed for $15,900 on Cars.com. It was a a the GXP version with Leather interior, heated seats, and all kinds of other nice feature sale. They had it listed for $15,900 on Cars.com. It was listed at the same price as the base models of the same year that had similar, if not more mileage. I asked Tony if they would honor that price, and he assured me they would. I've been duped before like this so I called and asked again to make sure. He told me the car was being detailed for my arrival. When I finally arrived Tony came out and greeted me cordially; then went straight to showing me the car. The car was pristine and ran beautifully. Tony and OG both knocked out the paperwork rather fast. I was a little short of the final price so they allowed me to either mail them a check or call them to have them charge my card. They also gave me an amazing deal on a 5 yr warranty with 100k miles added coverage to the cars current mileage. They knocked off a thousand dollars on the warranty (normally would have been $2800) though part of this was a military discount. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you do go here, definitely ask for Tony or OG. They both changed my perception of cars' salesmen. More
