I went in for service that I scheduled online. When I get there I ask them to look at an additional problem I had but did not put in the description. Instead of just going and talking to some while I am actu there I ask them to look at an additional problem I had but did not put in the description. Instead of just going and talking to some while I am actually there they make me sit in the service line and call someone. While on the phone they inform me that not only can they not look at the additional issue but that they will need me to leave the car overnight. Why wasn't this told to me when I scheduled the appointment. And If I have to leave the car how do you not have time to look at the other issue. Way to go above and beyond for your customers. This is not the first time I have had terrible customer service here. I will not be going back. More
I bought a used car from them back in April of this years. Only had it for only two month they came me a 3 month power train warranty on the vehicle. I brought it in to get service. I was told they couldn't find my paperwork on the purchase. So I had to wait for the financial company to pick up the vehicle from the first one I had before because they forge my signature on a document that made me lose my first financial company and then they kept on running my credit to fine a new company to take the purchase which remind you I already had in my possession at the time. At this point I was upset and mad as xxxx because my check engine was on and I kept getting a code P0011 which is the intake cramshaft sensor. To make the story short don't buy I used car from them because the warranty on the vehicle they give you they don't honor it. Especial when one the parts department say we don't have to tool to diagnostics your vehicle. Now I have to fine someone to fix the vehicle and pay the note on a not running vehicle. All you will heard from them we will call you back on it . After that they don't call you back at all. But the salesperson Mario was great. It your financial department that was suppose to call me back. Because they had to update my paperwork with another financial company. I just had a horrible experience and will not go back to them at all. More
