I went there to buy the 2025 suburban. I called and told the sales person what time I would be there. I got there on time the couldn’t find the salesman, it took several minutes to find hi I called and told the sales person what time I would be there. I got there on time the couldn’t find the salesman, it took several minutes to find him. When they found him all he was interested in was getting finance information. I said I want to see the car. He took me across the street to see them he did not know the features of the car when I asked him. He went back I told him I needed my wife to see it she drove over to the lot where the car was and I asked him for the keys. He handed them to us and said he’ll be inside and call if we need anything. We could not figure out where the shifter was as with the ones we were looking at had push buttons on the dash. Called over they couldn’t find him. We waited and waited no one called or showed up. My wife called over no one knew where this guy was. As we left he was walking with a woman up the side walk. So we left I called and asked for the owner or general manager to call me as I was going to buy a car that day. No calls . The salesman called when I was several miles out on my way home and wanted me to turn around. I said no. I said I would. One back the next day but wanted a price on the other car with lower mileage he finally gave it to me. I told him that car was out of my range and I will come back for the lower cost one with the scratch’s on the hood. Then he told me it was a stolen car and problems with the paper work and could not be financed it had to be a cash deal. Never on the phone or when i got there or when I was looking at it did he tell me this. At that point I belied him go be a liar as he asked me about financing it when I first spoke with him. I would not deal with him after that. I asked for a call from the Gm or sales manager by phone and in a text and did not recieve the courtesy of a call back. I am now working on the contact info for the owner to send this to sho ever that is. More
