Outstanding customer experience buying my first Chevy I went to this dealership with my husband and son right before closing time on a Sunday afternoon not expecting much. We were immediately approached I went to this dealership with my husband and son right before closing time on a Sunday afternoon not expecting much. We were immediately approached by Mike who offered to answer any questions before we could speak to Andy, the dedicated salesman. After talking with Andy and Mike for a bit we immediately felt at ease. These were regular guys from our community who were interested in selling us a vehicle that met our needs within our price range. We decided on a Chevy Equinox and after a thorough test drive we put down a deposit. We got a great deal and Andy and Mike did everything they could to make sure we were happy. We picked up the car later that week and Andy spent over an hour with us explaining all the features and getting our OnStar subscription set up. He even called us a few days later to follow-up on how we were enjoying the new car and offered to answer any questions we had any time either over the phone or in person. This was followed by a handwritten note expressing his gratitude for our business. We were very impressed with the experience we had at Marchese and will most certainly buy another vehicle from them.
