New car purchase My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new Chevy Traverse and had gone to a different dealer to look at the car. We then went to L J Marche My husband and I were interested in purchasing a new Chevy Traverse and had gone to a different dealer to look at the car. We then went to L J Marchese. Eric Rizzi was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the car and told us some things that we did not know even though we had researched the model on line and spoken to a salesman at a different dealer. Eric spent the time to explain how they could get the exact model we wanted from another dealer. When we picked up the car a few days later, he spent quite a bit of time making sure we understood how all the bells and whistles worked, set up our phones to sync with the car and asked all our questions. The staff handled all the paperwork involved very efficiently, getting us the best loan, canceling our Sirius in our old vehicle and all the other many headaches that are part of trading in a car and buying a new one. Chris Burbank was also a pleasure to deal with and told us how to get the military discount available to us which we had not known about before. More
