I recently purchased a 3500 Dodge Ram for my business and had a very disappointing experience. I drove in from out of state and waited nearly 3 hours for the finance process. When I finally sat down with the had a very disappointing experience. I drove in from out of state and waited nearly 3 hours for the finance process. When I finally sat down with the finance manager, the numbers were different from what I was previously quoted. I was then told that I had to purchase a warranty or my interest rate would increase by 1%. That felt extremely unethical and possibly illegal, as financing terms should not be tied to forced add-ons. I agreed at the time just to complete the transaction, knowing I could cancel the warranty later, but no customer should be put in that position. Very unprofessional and misleading experience. I would strongly recommend others be cautious and review all paperwork carefully before signing. Stay away. More
