This place is a total JOKE! They will straight up lie to your face just to make a sale. Completely dishonest ! We bought a used Jeep from them with them knowing it would be a daily driver and NOT a “tonka” your face just to make a sale. Completely dishonest ! We bought a used Jeep from them with them knowing it would be a daily driver and NOT a “tonka” toy and they told us it was in great condition, had been checked out, long story short, it wasn’t even safe to drive on the road ! And we drove it to Louisville in the sleet and rain that night ! We didn’t have it less than 24 hours and took it back trying to get them to work with us to make things right and they basically laughed in our face and said it was now our problem. CROOKS I tell you! Not to mention, they lied about the amount they gave us for our trade in and charged us MORE for the Jeep than what they were asking for. Didn’t realize it until we had signed papers and were already out the door at 9pm the night before. The sales manager likes to pressure people into buying things and will tell you one thing then when confronted lie and say he didn’t say that. Many there are liars and down right crooks! This place isn’t trust worthy and their vehicles are crap ! Also, they called and hounded us over the check that was wrote cause we were so mad we placed a stop payment on it wanting them to make things right with us, they still haven’t sent us our house keys left on the trade in and it’s already been a month. They said it’s in the mail. When calling, they won’t even return our calls now since they now have their money!! This place is ridiculous!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go there and give them your time, money or business ! A HUGE waste and disappointment ! More
Possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Contacted them to determine availability of vehicle. The first one I wanted had “just” sold although still advertised on Carguru. They asked if there was another I was interested in. I checked their website found another that was unavailable. I then asked them to email me what was available. They had a white ram 2500 4x4 diesel that didn’t quite match what I wanted but I told them I would buy at their advertised price. I asked them to send the paperwork and they said the price will change before we can do the sale. So basically the salesman didn’t need to make a sale at 1600 in the afternoon so he didn’t feel like working. Now they want to sell me the same stock number for 2k more and do not want to honor the deal. I can provide pictures and text messages to support this claim including the new salesman admitting to it. More
Very dissatisfied. Wouldn't fix a 5 dollar hose clamp to make the 6 hour trip home. Didn't care about customers at all. We were ready to buy the vehicle with cash in hand.
