I was promised by David Kubilus via SMS while confirming the deal that the car would have "all available options except the trailer tow package. Fully loaded." Needless to say, the car arrived, no sticker or manifest on the car, papers were signed and I drove the car home. I noticed within hours that the salesman David had lied about the "all available options" and the car was missing the Beats audio stereo. I returned to the dealer the next day only to be told by William Sandoval that my only recourse was to "trade in" the car incurring a heavy loss of $2,000+ and buy another one. Even though none of the paperwork has even been submitted to the bank or the government for titling. Called the Lexington Police to get our trade-in back and the officer told us to call a lawyer. David, our sales representative was no help, and left us at the mercy of these ridiculously dirty swindlers. Shop at your own risk, I love Jeeps, hate this dealer. More

Very Rude and Poor Customer Service!! I took my Jeep for an oil change on a Saturday morning. 3 HOURS LATER i was finally able to get an explanation on what was going on. In the middle of them updating my computer/navigation/radio system they said it crashed and their reasoning was "this just happens sometimes". I was given a rental car and was told it would be 2 weeks to get a new replacement for my system. When i picked up my jeep the radio had problems that did not exist before i took my jeep to be serviced. I called for 2 hours and could not get anyone to answer my calls. Finally the next day i spoke with a service advisor and as i was telling him about how no one had called me back his response was "well if it makes you feel better no one called me back yesterday either". I was furious . I finally got in contact with the service manager, Gary and he was as rude as the service advisor. He could care less about the fact that they had messed my brand new jeep up not once but twice and his response was "i am sorry you are not satisfied". These people do not care about customer service whatsoever!! I have since been in contact with dodge customer service over this. Do not buy from them and do not let them work on your vehicle!!!!! More

Terrible Customer Satisfaction I am sitting in the waiting room (GLENN FREEDOM DODGE) as I write this. My appointment for my oil change was 8:30am but it is 9:45. What is the purpose in making an appointment when they do not uphold their end? I have other things to do today. I feel like they simply do not have customer satisfaction in mind. I feel they only care about you when you are about to purchase a car from them. I think a lot of dealerships exhibit the same behavior. Stay away from this one. More
TOTAL SERVICE FAILURE I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment to resolve a bad vibration issue on a brand new minivan that I purchased less than a week previous. They would balance and do a road force test on the tires. After an hour I was told mine was next. After two hours and with the waiting room now EMPTY I investigated to find that NOTHING had been done. A complaint to the manager finally got the ball rolling and after 20 minutes the verdict was back. Three tires were now balanced but one was out of round and NO, they would NOT replace it, I would have to go to a tire shop! I left having the same vibration as when I had arrived. The tire shop, however, found that all four tires had a flat spot from sitting so long on the lot and they replaced them all at my original Arizona dealer's expense. My first contact at the service department was with a person who was curt and flippant. She tried to justify the wait by saying tires and oil changes were in the same line and that the appointment didn't count The manager offered a free oil change for my trouble. I will never return. More

However, we had a secondary problem that I asked them to investigate and give me a quote on. Now, I suppose that anyone can quote anything, and it is our choice as a consumer whether to agree to the terms, but I was shocked when the price came back. So I took my JGC to another Certified Jeep Dealer and had them diagnose and quote the work. They gave the same diagnosis, however quoted the job $1000 less than Glenn. So as I said in the title, get another quote or just save your time and go elsewhere. More

I can only guess that they hope to continue to fool the people new to the dealership. And don't bother showing up in person to speak to anyone becuase they will be on the phone for hours on end and hope you will go away. I wish negative stars was a rating option becuase that's what this place deserves. They've acheieved a whole new level of patheticness in the automobile industry. If you'd like to here about my experience, I'd be glad to share it with you. I can assure you Gary Wexler was not interesed in what happened to me at his dealership. I'm sure he just wants to sit behind closed doors, not man up, and do the job a general manager is supposed to do. i.e. talk with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure the business dealings are ethical. Don't take my word for it, though. Read the online reviews on Yelp and Google. They will tell you everything you need to know to make a good decision. More
