Our truck had a slow coolant leak. We have a family friend who is a 30 year retired Ford mechanic who saw the leak on the passenger side with his scope (just didn’t have the materials We have a family friend who is a 30 year retired Ford mechanic who saw the leak on the passenger side with his scope (just didn’t have the materials to fix it). We told Freedom where the leak was- they repaired the drivers side instead, which we didn’t realize when we picked the vehicle up. The same day, we realized the turbo was still leaking, identified they never fixed the passenger side, and now we have to pay $1700 to actually get the passenger side fixed! They will not acknowledge they fixed the wrong side. The managers J.P. and Todd claim that the truck had no leaks when we picked it up. I guess it’s quite the coincidence that it developed a new leak the exact same day!!!! Even the new dealership (a Ford dealership!) we took it to, to fix the leak can’t believe how Freedom Ford is handling this. More
Horrible service - went in for an oil change and purchase/program a new key fob and left with a loud knocking sound in my engine that was not there when I arrived. Every person I spoke with was not knowledgeable - just a lot of "might be" answers which ranged from lifter noise to taking apart my engine to diagnose. The Service Advisor assigned to my car had no technical knowledge whatsoever. The Service Manager was at lunch and there was literally no other employee in charge to help address the issue. When the manager arrived, (I assume he was mad because his lunch was cut short) he didn't bother to introduce himself - he just barked at me for the keys. After speaking with him and not feeling comfortable with his answers, I told him I didn't trust him or employees to touch my car so I went to lower my hood and he stepped in front of me to do so and I had to reposition myself so I could do it. I asked him for his name and he told me Todd and I asked for a business card so I could elevate the matter and he said he wouldn't give me one. I do not believe that he would have treated a man this way - but his behavior was extremely chauvinistic. More
Brought my truck in for scheduled service and an issue with a rattle in the rear end. Truck was returned without a wash and the source of the rattle was attributed to the receiver hitch. That was not the issue and there is still a significant noise from the rear. Disappointed that the truck was not cleaned when it was returned. They have done three services now and only returned it clean once. 1st clean, 2nd after waiting several hours even though scheduled was given option to bypass cleaning (or choice but only cause we had sat in their waiting room fir several hours) 3rd time just returned dirty. No discussion or comments made. Also waited in the drop of line for staff to return from what I assume to be lunch. Was asked to pull the truck out of the bay and reposition it in another bag after waiting for 10 minutes to be noticed. Then waited additional time for a service writer to look up. Nothing is fast even when it is scheduled. More

Oil Change I didn't have an appointment to change my oil in my truck and I was doubtful I would be able to get this done without a very long wait, but to my sur I didn't have an appointment to change my oil in my truck and I was doubtful I would be able to get this done without a very long wait, but to my surprise, they were able to fit me in and complete it while I ate breakfast next door. Super quick service with appointments so never a long wait - service advisor Jeremy is great / located a recall that was required and let me know they were fixing that also.
