"Service on 2011 Pilot and Purchase"

Took our 2011 Pilot for service (had always been done at dealer of purchase in Colo. Spgs) but our daughter recommended we go here. While waiting on service we ended up buying another Pilot and trading in our Volkswagen. Service and sales department were all excellent to work with. Our business will definitely stay at this location even though the other dealer is closer to our home. Thank you all for the awesome buying and service experience

"Trevor went above and beyond"

Appreciate the service we recently had on our Pilot and installation of hitch. Trevor went above and beyond with a little extra TLC on our running boards and bug removal from a cross country trek. Thank you for taking the time to go beyond what was expected! It was noted and appreciated. Front office service staff has improved their friendliness and attention to you once arrive in house. Thank you for acknowledging your customers as soon as they cross into the building!

I brought my 2010 Odyssey in for a B13 maintenance issue. In 22 minutes, my oil was changed, transmission fluid flushed/replaced, tires rotated and I was on my way to work. Simply outstanding.

Being a military memeber, we have moved around a lot. I have always used Honda dealerships for our car maintenance; and we are usually very happy. We just moved from a location where I didn't feel that the dealership was as knowledgeable and as trustworthy. Now that we have moved, I am using Freedom Honda. Every experience I have had there so far had been positive. The associate that helped me even took the time to look back in the system at the other dealerships to let me know when services were last completed. I did not feel that they were "out to get my money," but were advising me how to best take care of my vehicle. On a side note, I also watched the associate talk to an elederly man who seemed to struggle with communication. The associate went above and beyond communicating with this gentleman; she showed great compassion and patience.

"Excellent customer service."

Brought my son's 1999 Saturn in to be checked. A previous repair garage said he needed over $3500 in engine repair just from testing the radiator fluid. Naturally this didn't sound right so we took it to Freedom Honda. They tested the engine and found a seized radiator fan. They replaced it and did a front end alignment with tire balance for under $400. Car works great! I have purchased my last 4 new Hondas from Freedom Honda and have all my service and maintenance done there. Professional work, fair prices and excellent customer service.
