Salesman (Bill Morgan) was great. He knew what we wanted and followed through on previous conversation. Only concern (which is no reflection on Mr. Morgan) is amount of time spent at dealership and the same and followed through on previous conversation. Also, as the dealer is busy getting deal done, there is alot of down time. Great opportunity to show car features to customer, because once deal is done, we want to leave. Dealership is lucky to have someone as professional as Mr. Morgan. He reflects an ideal salesman. Sad to say that is not the case for all salesman at this dealership. As I sat and waited for my deal, I saw this elderly couple as basic and simple questions of their salesman and he just blew them off. More

I bought a used Commander from this dealership and shortly thereafter started to experience on going problems, which in the end was discovered as an electrical problem. It was quite a process, and under normal circumstances or with different people handling the account, one might have absolutely lost their temper, patience, understanding and cool. However, the treatment that I received from the Service Department at Jeep Freehold was not only "great", it was exceptional, namely from Sal and Donna ... who keeps me coming back. I am confident that they will lead me in the best direction, I trust them, and they always make me feel welcome. I would recommend this dealership highly. And Donna is by far a very valuable employee that puts everything she has into her job. It's easy to write a letter of complaint, but far too often good deeds go unnoticed. More

Answered all our questions and worked with both us and the dealership to come up with a price and lease agre with. He Let us drive the chrysler 200.
