Had a few issues. ..this is the 2nd time I've had my truck in for bad tire pressure sensor and its still not fixed AGAIN. Had counted on getting the vehicle washed how ..this is the 2nd time I've had my truck in for bad tire pressure sensor and its still not fixed AGAIN. Had counted on getting the vehicle washed however they said that wasn't possible because the tires were too wide - that wasn't an issue before... I think someone got lazy! Have asked several times to have the email corrected on these messages but that still hasn't happened. The good thing is the people are always nice and the truck gets in and out timely (not fixed but timely). They did do a recall and give me the 2nd key fob. They also provide a shuttle service which was very convenient. I live about an hour away so making the journey for service is not an easy task and the tire pressure issue can only be fixed by them. When I bring it in I do wish they would fix it correctly. More
I was given a vehicle inspection when all I asked for was spark plugs & battery in my key fob. The plugs and battery cost me $589.43! Not a good experience. An appointment for my 18 month took over 4 hours. The "maintenance required" message continues to display. I was not informed about how long the appointment was going to take nor what the status of the service was while I was waiting. The bluetooth intermittently doesn't work now. Seems like a few details were overlooked. We had great experience buying the Venza with Amber. More
