I had and issue with my vehicle tried to contact Terri Grimes the customer service manager. I left two voice mails and she never called me back. So much for the customer first slogan. The sale of the vehicle went smooth but I am very disappointed that I never got a call back and had to hear from corporate that Freeman Toyota wouldn't help resolve the issue. More
