I had an inspection ‘done’ weeks ago but it wasn’t and I had to go back up there to get it done. Even with that, I had to wait 30 mins and when everything was done they didn’t pull my car up but I had to wa had to go back up there to get it done. I wasn’t very happy about how I had to come back up there - I’m a working mom so every precious second counts and then yall made me walk to my car when normally the vehicle gets pulled up. I just felt my time was disrespected and Im not a valued customer - I’ve been going to this location for years and bought my car there. I may have to consider another Toyota when purchasing my next vehicle. More

I feel I was overcharged for work that probably took an expert 5 minutes to complete. Also, my advisor never came to the waiting area to inform me that the cost would be 98.75.
