The service has continually gone downhill the last 4-5 years. We cannot get a straight answer in advance about cost of services. We received an email with $10 off coupon for Freeman 5K services to replace years. We cannot get a straight answer in advance about cost of services. We received an email with $10 off coupon for Freeman 5K services to replace oil filter, change engine oil up to 5 qts, multi-point inspection & car wash. On the phone, we were quoted $29.95 with coupon. On arrival, we're told this service was $99 & coupon didn't qualify. This feels like "bait & switch"! I opted to only get state inspection. At check out, I asked the clerks at the desk for the price of the 5K service & was quoted even a different price! When I asked to speak to service manager, Mitch Congdon was very nice but apparently not always available at this location. Not the kind of service we have received here with all of our Toyota & Lexus vehicles since 1981 (even before it was Freeman, when it was Hudiburg). We had a great service rep (Sharon) for years & others since then, but now it's very "really don't care" service attitude. More
