Since I have been going to Freeman for service, I have never had anything but a quality experience. However, this past time has been beyond horrible and has me questioning whether I should return to anoth never had anything but a quality experience. However, this past time has been beyond horrible and has me questioning whether I should return to another dealership for service. I took my car to have a flat tire plugged and the service took me almost three hours to complete. When I got it home, it went flat again. My wife took the vehicle/tire back to be fixed, which took over three hours this time. During this time, they even tried to sell her on replacing air filters even though we just had the 25,000-mile service and would have been bringing it back in for the 30,000-mile checkup in a little bit. The service representative did apologize, but this was too little too late. They even said that we would need to get a new tire now because there were too many patches on it. There has been no one above the representative level even responding, speaking with her or me, or even reaching out after this event, even though they were involved while it was happening. Extremely frustrated with these past events since we have been so pleased prior to this. I guess we will have to wait and decide where and what we do moving forward. So disappointed! More
