Recently took my 2019 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab in for regular service. Tire rotation and balance were done this go around. However, a week later, I noticed that the wheel cap on the driver-side front of regular service. Tire rotation and balance were done this go around. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that one of the mounting screws was missing and the other one was barely hanging on. I contacted Desmond, my service advisor, last week and have yet to hear back from him. I also have placed 2 different orders for OEM touch up paint with the Freeman parts department and never seem to get a call back as promised. More
