We were told another Toyota dealer that the control arms were leaking. When Kendal looked at them she said “yes I can see they are rotting on the side”. Later we received a call from Kendal Advising they di were leaking. When Kendal looked at them she said “yes I can see they are rotting on the side”. I hope we do not have problems in the road with the control arms because the issue was not fixed. More

It's well worth transversing the traffic nightmare that is 820 construction to get there (I have two other Toyota dealerships closer to me but Freeman is the best). Service Advisor was very helpful, and work was completed in a reasonable time even though it was extremely busy. I'm completely done with this dealership. First and second trips were very poor service. I won't even go into the details, though there were MANY, including damage to my side mirror, which First and second trips were very poor service. However this last visit, my third and final, was the icing on the cake. After almost a week, I get a call from someone saying, "hey when you brought your truck in for service, we got mixed up and actually didn't even do the service, could you bring it back so we can actually change the oil." I know it’s better to have an appointment but to pull into the dealer and wait for almost 15 mins for someone to come help or check me in is irritating. Based on Internet research the price for the service I received on my particular vehicle ranges between 250 for parts and labor to 600. I didn't find anything supporting what I was charged for a single wheel bearing replacement. Even with alleged discounts, it was at least 200 too high. I've come to expect that. That said, at least they do good work and back it well. (FYI, I don't know who my service rep was, so I just checked who I thought it might have been.) More
