Three employees in the payment area were talking so loudly that I had to loudly give my name 4 times before the woman helping me could understand me. My advisor did a good job explaining the service options, but I never got a call that my service was complete. When I did call to check, another advisor said mine had left a voicemail (maybe my phone provider’s problem?). The actual mechanic service is always good so it balances out (barely) the poor service at the beginning and end (which in most experiences, the beginning and end are what people remember the most).
