After trying for six weeks to get an oil change I finally made an appt. with the call in lady. I asked for him when I showed up and explained how I felt disrespected. He asked me for a second chance. I said ok. I just called in (3-10) and tried to make an appt. for a friend He texted me he would get back to me in a minute. Like a fool I believed him and waited, he never did. After 45 minutes i texted him and asked why he hated me He finally called with all his usual excuses. Can anybody explain to me why I should continue to do business with Freeman? More

Took in my vehicle for a recalled part. They had it from 9:30am to 4:30pm. They called me at 2:30 to let me know the technician was just starting to work on my car.
