Had an appointment and my service guy didn’t see me for 15 minutes. Took 1 1/2 hrs to change the oil and wash the car on exterior. Told me my car would be outside next to the white car. Said something abou 15 minutes. Took 1 1/2 hrs to change the oil and wash the car on exterior. Told me my car would be outside next to the white car. Said something about #18. I waited for my car to be pulled up like in the many years past. After several minutes I realized my car wasn’t coming and I had the key fob so started walking down the isle and found it 9 cars away tucked in beside a larger vehicle. Worse service I have ever received there. Not planning to go back for oil change or tire rotation. More

The 20K service on my 2020 Tundra was completed in about 1 hour and the truck was run through the car wash. My only complaint is that even though the service included checking the tire pressure after the r 1 hour and the truck was run through the car wash. My only complaint is that even though the service included checking the tire pressure after the rotation, I feel sure that it was not done correctly. Tire pressure recommendations for my Tundra are 30 psi front and 33 psi rear and I keep to those recommendations. The multipoint inspection report returned to me showed 36 psi on all tires. However, the TPMS shows the front tires with higher inflation pressures than the rear. That is opposite of what it was when I brought the truck in. That tells me they rotated the tires front to back as required, but did not actually adjust the pressures properly. Also disappointing is that they didn't even list the proper tire pressures on the multipoint inspection report. More
