Took advantage of 19 year old daughter's lack of knowledge. Just wanted an oil change, and got the "recommended maintenance" sell and ended up spending $300. Santos actually tried to sell her $10 knowledge. Just wanted an oil change, and got the "recommended maintenance" sell and ended up spending $300.
