Scheduling an appointment online should be changed. I really dislike having to select an advisor…I don’t care who helps me. Other than the purchase of the vehicle, I have not yet had a good experience at Freeman Toyota, to the extent, that when I am done with the services that have already been paid for, I will not visit this had a good experience at Freeman Toyota, to the extent, that when I am done with the services that have already been paid for, I will not visit this dealership again. Service takes entirely too long and they do not value the customer's time. I recently paid for a new set of tires to be installed at a later date. They did not make it to the facility at the promised time and when they did arrive, I had to wait more than an hour for them to simply pull the tires and place them into the bed of my truck. It should hardly take that long to actually installed them. This service department sucks!!! 2nd incident within 1 month... More
