Freeport Ford responded

This is not a true review. You had the opportunity to purchase a warranty when you bought the car and you were told that we would not be responsible for the vehicle. The reason why you came to our store is because it was the best price on the internet. We were not aware of your problem for a month after you bought the vehicle and the vehicle was in good working order when you purchased it. The vehicle you purchased was a nine year old Volkswagen and does not qualify for warranty from the factory and there is no reason I know of why a dealer should be responsible for if a vehicle breaks once purchased. I had also informed the sales person that I would cover a $100 of the repair and that was not to your satisfaction. We were at no time rude to you and follow through with all of our commitment's that you were told when you purchased the vehicle. I don't agree with your un informative slander online as we did nothing wrong in this situation.
