My wife and I scheduled a appointment for service on our 2018 equinox so while we were waiting we started browsing at what was on the lot. I had notice a Blazer so as we while we were looking at it Erica ca 2018 equinox so while we were waiting we started browsing at what was on the lot. We said we just in for service but wanted to look around so she brought out the keys to the two vehicles that we had looked at and suggest we take some test drives which we did. We liked the 2021 Blazer but said that we were not really looking to buy yet so Erica suggest that she could have some numbers put together for us so we could see what our car was worth and what we would need to get in the new one, as I said we were just looking but decided to see what the difference was. We were surprised by the offer on our old car so we were to come to a agreement on the price. Erica was able to drive us to our bank which was just a mile away so that we could arrange to get a cashiers check to complete the deal. Afterward Erica stayed with us through the purchase process while the vehicle was being prepared for delivery. Afterward she show us all the differences in the new one and helped get our phones in and established android auto for us. Erica stayed after hours to make sure that we were ok with all that we need. We appreciate the work she put into our experience in buying our new vehicle, she was professional and knew the answers to all our question. Erica is the best sales person we have ever had.
