FREEWAY CHEVROLET....Disappointing, unprofessional and poor customer service, I was treated like if I was there asking for free service. Not even “The service manager” named R. Young knew how to apologize poor customer service, I was treated like if I was there asking for free service. Not even “The service manager” named R. Young knew how to apologize for making me drive all the way to Chandler from Avondale be told “WE ARE TOO BUSY TODAY, COME BACK TOMORROW” even though I make an appointment two days before. This business made no excuses about pandemics and received and repaired my vehicle when other business succumb to excuses and poor services (Auto Nation). Many Chevrolet dealerships would not eve received and repaired my vehicle when other business succumb to excuses and poor services (Auto Nation). Many Chevrolet dealerships would not even answer the phone so I could make an appointment. I was starting to lose faith in my decision to purchase my fourth new Chevrolet. Freeway Chevrolet not only answered the phone but took time to speak with me about my vehicle concerns and subsequently scheduled it for service. My vehicle was repaired and cleaned the next day. I was provided with accurate diagnosis of my vehicle problems and repair actions needed to fix it. The status of the vehicle once it is in the service area is communicated via text so you can track the progress every step of the way. I have my Canyon back and it runs like new.
